Salesforce Administrator

WS DevelopmentNewton, MA

About The Position

WS Development is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the operational performance, stability, and continued evolution of our highly customized Salesforce platform. Salesforce is a critical, business-wide system, and this role plays a hands-on, execution-focused role in ensuring the platform runs reliably while continuously improving automation, reporting, data integrity, and overall user experience. This position works closely with the Salesforce Lead/Business Analyst, development partners, and cross-functional teams across the organization, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills. The role serves as a key operational support function rather than a solution architect or primary developer, ensuring that Salesforce effectively supports WS Development’s Retail Leasing operations and broader business needs. To be successful, the individual must be willing to learn and develop a strong understanding of WS Development’s business practices — particularly within the Retail Leasing environment. A working knowledge of leasing workflows, deal stages, pipeline management, and operational metrics is critical to delivering effective reporting, dashboards, and system usability. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, technically strong, responsive, and motivated to deliver high-quality system execution in a complex, highly customized Salesforce org.
