We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience and a strong understanding of business processes across sales, service, and operations. This role will partner with stakeholders to optimize workflows, improve user adoption, and ensure data integrity across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
  • Strong experience with: Salesforce Lightning Experience, Flow Builder and Process Automation, Reports and Dashboards, User and Security Management, Data Management and Data Loader.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience supporting sales and business operations teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Administrator Certification.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Familiarity with SOQL and Salesforce development concepts.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-connected applications.
  • Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Revenue Operations tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, flows, and custom objects.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Support sales and operational teams by identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing data quality initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely user support.
  • Configure and maintain integrations with third-party applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices.
  • Partner with leadership to drive adoption and maximize Salesforce platform value.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.
