About The Position

This role is within Chamberlain Group's IT Enterprise Applications function. A successful incumbent is expected to attend and collaborate on daily standups and provide feedback and interaction on prioritized Jira tickets. They will document functional requirements and provide estimates for new enhancements, translating requirements into working solutions using a combination of Salesforce configuration and custom development when needed. The role involves owning the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce org, including user management, permissions, profiles, roles, and security. Responsibilities also include managing release cycles such as sandbox refreshes, deployments, and change set hygiene, working within our CI/CD pipeline to ship changes safely and predictably. The administrator will support GTM teams with training, enablement, and clear answers when things break. Additionally, they will serve as a scrum master, facilitating ceremonies, unblocking the team, and keeping work moving sprint over sprint. The role requires acting as a subject matter expert, developing solutions for evolving business needs, and identifying and implementing additional improvement opportunities based on best practices. The administrator will be responsible for engagement with stakeholders to analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage CRM functionality. They will oversee the daily administration and optimization of Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement, and design and optimize workflows, automation, validation rules, and SOPs. Building dashboards and reports for leadership insights and engagement analysis, and documenting and creating testing scenarios on all enhancements and maintenance tickets are also key duties. The role involves monitoring new Salesforce.com features, participating in validation, testing, and implementation of new functionality, and communicating these to the user base. Providing recommendations for process improvements to the business based on new functionality is expected. The role also requires compliance with health and safety guidelines and rules, protecting Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential, and maintaining professional and technical knowledge. Contribution to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed is also part of the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or similar experience
  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certifications: ADM201
  • 3+ years experience working with Salesforce.com in an Administrator role
  • 3+ years experience as a Sales and Service Cloud Administrator
  • 3+ years Agile project management experience preferably in Jira

Nice To Haves

  • Additional Salesforce Certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Advanced Adm certification, Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant or platform app builder
  • Experience in Pardot, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Understanding of Computer Telephony integration with Service Cloud
  • General understanding of Marketing Automation technologies
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Previous Scrum Master experience a plus
  • General understanding of the capabilities of Manufacturing Cloud a plus
  • Understanding of SAP structure, Orders, Quotes, Price Lists
  • Understanding of Pardot capabilities including, Segmentation, Communication to both business owners and technical specialist
