This role involves owning and governing the Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, layouts, record types, search, reporting, and dashboards. You will maintain security settings such as user accounts, sharing rules, roles, profiles, permissions, field-level security, groups, and validations. The position requires managing mass data imports, updates, and exports, ensuring data integrity and security, and performing required audits. You will design, implement, and govern declarative automation architecture (Flows, approvals, assignment rules, email automation), ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. The role includes handling operational and change requests, troubleshooting issues, and working with diverse user groups and business leaders. You will also handle complex support requests, perform root cause analysis, and improve system stability and user experience. Additionally, you will assist in training business owners on new features, developing and maintaining documentation, and owning the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives, coordinating with admins, developers, and testers. You will also mentor other team members, enforce best practices, and proactively contribute to solution design. Optimizing existing builds to reduce technical debt and improve org health, and managing deployments using CI/CD tools and GitHub are also key responsibilities.
