About The Position

We are building the infrastructure that helps doctors and patients across 8 countries connect, communicate, and deliver better healthcare. This role involves leading the global platform team and setting the technical direction for building, deploying, and operating everything. The company is undergoing a major architectural shift, modernizing its stack, consolidating legacy systems, going AI-native, and scaling a platform to support a rapidly changing product. This is a rare opportunity to shape the company's operations for the next decade by focusing on AI-native engineering, radical simplicity, and a mission-driven domain of improving healthcare. The role requires experience in leading platform engineering at high-traffic scale, expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and developer experience, and a strong understanding of AI/ML in production. The ideal candidate will set high standards for reliability, build productive developer platforms, and partner effectively with product and experience teams. Attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional engineering talent is also crucial, as is operating across multiple regions and understanding compliance complexities.

  • Built developer platforms that made engineers dramatically more productive.
  • Think about internal tooling, CI/CD, observability, and standards as products in their own right.
  • Are a partner to product and experience teams, not a bottleneck.
  • Understand that this platform exists to make everyone else faster.
  • Attracted, developed, and retained exceptional engineering talent.
  • Know that the team you build is the product.
  • Operated across multiple regions and markets.
  • Understand the complexity of compliance, data residency, and localization at scale.
