Langley Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Salesforce Administrator to work a hybrid schedule from their City Center Corporate Office in Newport News, VA. The Salesforce Administrator will serve as the overall administrator and support liaison for the Salesforce platform. This role involves designing and implementing effective business processes and workflows, customizing objects and fields, and optimizing service delivery through workflow development. The administrator will partner with stakeholders and vendors on major implementations and initiatives, and collaborate with member experience teams to enhance member services.
