About The Position

ERGOS Technology Partners is an international managed IT services provider headquartered in Houston, Texas, delivering end-to-end computer support and services to businesses and organizations of all sizes across the country. We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support one of our clients headquartered in Westlake, TX. In this role you will serve as the operational backbone of the Salesforce environment - managing users, configurations, automations, and integrations that power day-to-day business activity. You bring 1 to 2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, a detail-oriented approach to data and process management, and the interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams alike.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of Salesforce administration experience in a business or enterprise environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration: objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and permission sets
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, workflows, and validation rules
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Flow or Process Builder for automation
  • Working knowledge of data management tools: Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and deduplication processes
  • Understanding of Salesforce security model including profiles, roles, and sharing rules
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations without custom development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) preferred; equivalent demonstrated experience considered
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, users, roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and automation
  • Support Salesforce integrations and third-party connected applications
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce access, data, and workflow issues
  • Manage user onboarding, deactivation, and permission assignments within Salesforce
  • Assist with data imports, exports, cleanup, and integrity validation
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and improve workflows
  • Support change management, testing, and deployment activities
  • Monitor Salesforce system health and user adoption
  • Maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations
  • Assist with process automation and operational efficiency initiatives
