About The Position

The Salesforce Administrator manages and supports the Salesforce platform to ensure data integrity, security, and usability across the organization. This role handles user administration, customizations, reporting, and troubleshooting while providing support to end-users. Collaborating with stakeholders, the administrator develops scalable solutions aligned with business needs and maintains system documentation to optimize CRM performance and adoption. Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ months as Salesforce Administrator, with Certification.
  • Strong knowledge of user setup, security, profiles, roles, and permission management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system/user issues.
  • Experience managing support tickets and data integrity audits.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Flexible, professional, detail-oriented, proactive, confident decision-maker/problem-solver.
  • Able to work autonomously and effectively remotely.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Communities/Digital Experience Sites experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
  • Administer and support the Salesforce platform (user setups, profiles and roles, customized objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, and process automation).
  • Create and manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules in Salesforce in alignment with the data security model.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
  • Administer and support Salesforce Digital Experience Sites (e.g. BELAY Contractor Community).
  • Provide primary support and training to CRM end-users.
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
  • Create and maintain user documentation/training guides.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system or user-generated errors.
  • Manage the Salesforce ticketing system and all user-submitted tickets, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Complete regular internal system audits to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvement.
  • Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
  • Manage mass data imports/updates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that address these requirements, ensuring solutions align with our existing data model and are not only scalable, but also safeguard the structural integrity of our org's architecture.
