Discovery is looking for a talented and passionate Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will provide administrative and technical support for our Salesforce.com ecosystem. Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Demonstrated experience managing user permissions, profiles, roles, and permission sets
  • Proven experience building Salesforce automation using Flow Builder (required)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, and best practices
  • Experience with data management (imports, exports, deduplication, data quality)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or actively working toward certification
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain user access controls, including profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy
  • Build and optimize Salesforce automation using Flow Builder, workflow rules, and approval processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues and system challenges
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce data integrity, including imports, exports, and data quality initiatives
  • Support integrations and data feeds between Salesforce and external systems
  • Test and validate system enhancements in sandbox and production environments
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Own and maintain Salesforce security model, ensuring appropriate access and compliance across users and teams
  • Develop and enhance automations (Flows, Process Builder migrations, validation rules) to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Configure and customize Salesforce, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and reports
  • Perform user provisioning, deactivation, and ongoing access audits
  • Support release management, including testing and deployment of new functionality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements
  • Train and support end-users to increase adoption and effective platform usage
