About The Position
The purpose of this position is to ensure the effective administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of UTFI’s Salesforce CRM platform in support of advancement operations and organizational goals. This role will partner with stakeholders across UTFI to understand business needs, develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, maintain system and data integrity, troubleshoot complex issues, and enhance the overall user experience.
