About The Position

Clean Scapes is seeking a highly organized and proactive Irrigation Department Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to our Irrigation Department. Previous irrigation experience is not required. We are looking for someone with a strong administrative background who is naturally curious, takes ownership, follows through, and is not afraid to ask questions to get the information they need. This person will help keep the department organized, follow up on outstanding items, track information, coordinate administrative needs, and help identify where processes or communication may be breaking down. When something doesn't make sense, we need someone who will investigate the issue, find the right person, and work toward an answer rather than allowing it to go unresolved. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative or office management experience who wants to learn the operational side of the business and grow their career with Clean Scapes.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
