The Salesforce Administrator is an essential member of the Technology Department and is responsible for maintaining, improving, and supporting users on the organization’s Salesforce instance. This position will be expected to build enhancements based on end-user feedback, identify automations, and serve as an advisor for business process optimization. This position provides day-to-day technical assistance as well as owns large-scale process improvements, seamlessly managing deadlines and urgent tasks.
