About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and certified Salesforce Administrator to join our Electronic Systems Salesforce team. This is a hands-on, collaborative role in which the candidate will assist in the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate holds an active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential and demonstrates strong proficiency in Flow automation and declarative development. We welcome candidates at both the mid-level and senior level who can demonstrate real, verifiable platform expertise. This role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, taking the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. Candidates based in or near the Southern NH or Greater Boston, MA area are strongly preferred. Based on multiple factors, remote work may be a possibility for this position, at the discretion of the business for the right candidate with the qualifications and accountability this role demands.

Requirements

  • U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED.
  • Candidates may be subjected to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Must be able to obtain a US Secret Clearance.

  • Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential (required — must be current and in good standing)
  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional environment
  • Strong, demonstrable proficiency with Salesforce Flow across multiple flow types (Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Auto-Launched)
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and platform architecture
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud (Configure, Price, Quote) — familiarity with product catalog, pricing rules, and quoting workflows is a plus
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification or Revenue Cloud experience a bonus
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CLI, change sets, and deployment best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day administration and user support of the Salesforce platform as part of the Electronic Systems Salesforce team
  • Support user lifecycle management including provisioning, deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, organization-wide defaults, and sharing rules
  • Help monitor system health, security settings, and platform performance
  • Participate in sandbox environment management, release testing, and change set deployments
  • Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases and assist in evaluating and implementing relevant new features
  • Assist in the design, build, and maintenance of complex declarative automation using Salesforce Flow, including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows, and Auto-Launched Flows
  • Help build and maintain validation rules, formula fields, custom metadata, and custom objects to support evolving business processes
  • Partner with team members and stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-structured, maintainable Salesforce solutions
  • Assist in troubleshooting and debugging Flow errors and automation failures
  • Assist in maintaining data integrity through regular audits, deduplication processes, and mass data updates using tools such as Data Loader or similar
  • Build, schedule, and refine multi‑level reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards—using filters, bucket fields, and dynamic components—to surface real‑time business intelligence and performance insights
  • Support data hygiene best practices and assist with data migration efforts as needed
  • Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert for user inquiries and contributing team member for Salesforce-related questions, issues, and requests across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-sector teams to gather requirements and support the platform roadmap
  • Assist in end-user training, onboarding documentation, and ongoing enablement
  • Help maintain thorough documentation of configurations, customizations, and system changes
  • Assist with development of visualizations and predictive models, translating raw Salesforce data into actionable insights and trend forecasts
  • Assist with conducting of regular stakeholder review sessions to interpret report and model outputs, refine assumptions, and align visualizations with evolving business priorities
  • Explore the development of advanced visualizations and predictive models using tools such as Tableau CRM, translating raw Salesforce data into actionable insights and trend forecasts
