About The Position

MJZ's division of Window film and Vinyl Graphic's is seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to help expand our commercial and residential window film business throughout NYC and Long Island. We are looking for a professional who is confident in business development, prospecting, relationship building, and closing sales. This is an ideal opportunity for an established salesperson who is comfortable generating their own opportunities and building a strong pipeline of new business. This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential. Your success will be directly connected to your ability to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and secure new projects. It is required that this position satisfies the needs of mass outreach by both email and phone for expanding business sales. The opportunity in this role is the ability to grow along with the business division. This sales opportunity offers the potential to achieve net profit margins of up to 50% on each project. This is an opportunity for uncapped sales commission potential. We are looking for someone who is prepared to develop new relationships, create opportunities, and grow with the company. Territory Includes: NYC & Long Island as Primary ad Priority. Once satisfied, sales can proceed to national opportunities.

Proven sales or business development experience

Existing relationships within construction, real estate, property management, commercial services, or related industries are a plus

Responsibilities

Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Prospecting commercial and residential clients
Building relationships with property owners, property managers, contractors, and other decision-makers
Conducting outreach through phone, email, networking, and in-person prospecting. Expectation is at minimum 100 calls per day and at least 20 emails per day.
Scheduling appointments and presenting our window film solutions
Following up with prospects and managing the sales process
