About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator to support daily operations by processing customer orders, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a combination of customer service experience, warehouse operations knowledge, and forklift operation skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Warehouse experience required.
  • Forklift and reach truck operating experience required.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar) preferred.
  • Knowledge of oilfield equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and prints is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer-requested parts and part numbers.
  • Process customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders in a timely manner.
  • Generate sales orders from phone, email, and fax requests.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure products are received and processed promptly.
  • Monitor order flow and communicate order status updates to customers.
  • Work closely with buyers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Prepare shipping documents and support outbound shipments.
  • Maintain quotation and order records according to company procedures.
  • Receive and ship products related to customer and internal requests.
  • Perform inventory transactions, picking, packing, labeling, cycle counts, and general warehouse duties.
  • Move materials using forklifts and reach trucks.
  • Participate in warehouse, equipment, environmental, and HSE inspections and investigations.
  • Support team objectives and perform additional duties as assigned.
