The Spec, Commercial Training, is responsible to drive sales growth by designing and executing training programs for the Workforce Health Solutions team. This role partners with WHS Sales Leadership to identify and address competency gaps for the entire Commercial team and collaborates to develop and support training for individual development plans. This role reports to the Manager of Sales Training and champions the overall sales training processes and programs. The responsibilities include everything from new hire onboarding to ongoing professional development, partnering closely with leadership to bridge skill gaps.
