The Sales Training Specialist is responsible for the training and development needs of our staff. This role is responsible for the evaluation of trainees and individual employee growth. We are seeking an individual that has a passion for mentoring and teaching others. The Sales Training Specialist must be highly organized, analytical and proficient with a variety of technologies. You will Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all systems, tools, processes, and departmental workflows, and effectively adapt training delivery to accommodate diverse learning styles and learner needs. Facilitate sales training and coaching, including objection handling, sales conversations, role-playing exercises, and performance feedback to support learner success. Reports on progress of employees under guidance during training periods. Identifies employee knowledge, skills and abilities within sales. Help foster an environment of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork by increasing team efficiency and enhancing work quality. Build rapport and establish great working relationships with the training team and leadership teams across the organization.
