This 12-month sales development program, the Orthopedic Sales Training Representative (STR) Program, is designed to launch careers in the MedTech Sales industry. Cohorts begin in January 2027 and June 2027. The program provides intensive training and hands-on learning experiences at the Orthopedics headquarters in West Chester, Pennsylvania, or Raynham, MA. Upon successful completion, participants will transition into a Clinical Sales Specialist or Sales Associate role, with opportunities for sales leadership. The program focuses on developing skills to support training that drives business growth through a blended learning model, including live and virtual experiences. STRs will facilitate labs, provide expertise to new hires, and act as new product experts/ambassadors to the field. They will also engage with customers at Professional Education events and participate in ongoing customer engagement activities. The role requires relocation to a designated home office and, after program completion, to a specific sales area within the United States. The position also requires the ability to travel extensively within the US, sometimes for multiple weeks at a time, and a valid driver's license. Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship is required. Post-program sales roles may involve extensive travel, potential weekend work, limited overnight travel, and being on call 24 hours to respond to customer needs. Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Note: Johnson & Johnson plans to separate its Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone company, operating as DePuy Synthes. If hired, employment would be with DePuy Synthes.
