They are committed to serving the Las Vegas market by delivering 16 hours of LIVE local content every weekday. The Sales Training Program: This is a 10-week, hands-on, real-world experience designed to teach the fundamentals of media sales and build transferable skills. Interns will learn how to build a business from day one, identify new business opportunities, practice cold calls, build client presentations, support digital and broadcast sales strategies, and work alongside experienced Media Executives and Sales Leaders. The program includes weekly training sessions focused on accelerating growth in areas such as client conversations, multi-platform advertising sales (TV + Digital), pitch development, and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Be currently enrolled in a college/university, preferably in your senior year.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
  • College student, seniors preferred, earning a degree in Journalism/Communications, Sales, or related fields, with a desire to get hands-on experience in the local media industry.
  • Interested in sales, marketing, or media.
  • Ready to learn skills that translate to any industry.
