Caine & Weiner's business unit, BARR Credit Services, is seeking an experienced Sales Training Manager to lead the training and development of our Sales team. This role is responsible for identifying knowledge gaps, developing and implementing training programs, creating and improving sales processes, recruiting and interviewing candidates, and onboarding and training new Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate is a strong coach, mentor, and leader who is passionate about developing talent and driving sales performance.
