This position will have responsibility for creating and delivering learning solutions and programs for our Inside/outside sales team. This position will also be responsible for conducting 1:1 sessions with inside/outside sales team members to evaluate their effectiveness as it relates to the designed sales process. In this position the successful candidate will report to the Director of Training and Development and will also partner with business leaders in several functions, including but not limited to, sales and human resources to accelerate stronger business performance by providing learning solutions that are aligned to the business strategy.
