Requirements

3 years of solid Sales experience
Minimum 1 year of Training experience
Management experience strongly preferred
Collections experience preferred
Strong computer and technology skills
Professional oral and written communication
Management: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities

Recruits applicants for potential sales representatives by performing resume searches, attending job fairs, and reviewing website employment application submissions.
Executes first level interview over the phone, schedules in-office interviews with the Sales Manager, and manages applicant through the hire process.
Provides basic sales training in all aspects of the sales position.
Ensures representatives have leads that have potential to produce positive sales results at all times.
Coaches and evaluates producers within the sales training group by reviewing calls and completing period reviews.
Provides ongoing development and assistance to sales training employees.
Provides assistance and support as instructed by the sales manager.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
