Sales Training Data Analyst

About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Training Data Analyst to sit at the intersection of data, sales operations, and people development. This is a role where you will aggregate and interpret data across our entire Training & Development ecosystem, from onboarding batches and QA scorecards to live call performance and CRM activity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a data analyst role, preferably in sales, revenue operations, or a related function
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; pivot tables, dashboards, and advanced formulas
  • Experience pulling and structuring data from CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho
  • Ability to build reports from scratch, not just maintain existing templates
  • Naturally translates data into clear, non-technical narratives for varied audiences
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative without a fully defined problem

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a SaaS, BPO, or inside sales environment is a strong advantage
  • SQL or basic Python is a plus, not required
  • Familiarity with Aircall or similar call intelligence platforms is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Aggregate and analyze data across all training and sales performance sources
  • Identify performance gaps at the individual, cohort, and team level
  • Build weekly and monthly dashboards and reports for the T&D function and senior leadership
  • Present your findings directly, with clear recommendations, not just numbers
  • Collaborate with Training Specialists to prioritize where interventions are most needed
  • Track the impact of training programs over time and measure whether they are actually moving the needle
  • Flag early warning signals, reps at risk, cohorts falling behind, and patterns in call quality decline
