About The Position
Premium Retail Services, an Authorized Marketing Partner of Ziply Fiber, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Trainer to support the development and success of our Door-to-Door (D2D) sales teams. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding, training, coaching, and developing new and existing sales representatives to ensure consistent execution, strong product knowledge, and achievement of sales goals. The ideal candidate is a passionate coach, experienced sales professional, and engaging facilitator who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment. You will play a critical role in driving sales performance and creating a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
