About The Position

Ready to make a real impact while working fully remote? As our Sales Trainer at Lytegen, you’ll be the driving force behind transforming our sales team into top performers. You'll craft, deliver, and continually enhance a dynamic sales training program that equips our Energy Consultants with the skills and confidence they need to close deals quickly and consistently. This role is hands-on and fast-paced—you'll dive into live role-plays, analyze outcomes, and collaborate closely with leadership to ensure every training session hits the mark. Requirements

• Texas residency is required.
• Proven experience training in-home or outside field sales reps with a focus on closing skills.
• Experience designing sales training programs from the ground up.
• Hands-on proficiency with Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, or comparable LMS platforms.
• Background in residential energy, solar, or home services
• You have personally closed in-home deals and can demonstrate the process you train
• Experience building video-based training modules, not just live sessions
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where things change and you adapt

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a comprehensive sales training curriculum within Kajabi or similar LMS platforms.
• Onboard new Energy Consultants effectively to accelerate their sales ramp-up.
• Lead engaging, realistic virtual role-plays that sharpen in-home closing skills.
• Analyze call recordings and appointment results to identify individual coaching needs.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align training strategies with field realities.
• Continuously update training materials in response to evolving products and market trends.
• Track key metrics like rep ramp time and training completion to measure success.
