About The Position

3 Day Blinds is hiring a Sales Trainee to help clients select custom window treatments for their homes. In this field-based, client-facing role, you will meet customers in their homes, understand their needs, create tailored design solutions, and guide them through the buying process. The role includes company-provided appointments, paid training, and uncapped commission earnings. No prior design experience is required; training is provided. Candidates should be comfortable traveling locally, managing their own schedule, and working at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities
