About The Position

Audi Coral Springs is seeking motivated, customer-focused VIP Sales Representatives committed to delivering an exceptional ownership experience from the first handshake through every service visit. If you're passionate about luxury automobiles, building relationships, and helping customers find the perfect Audi, we want to meet you. This role emphasizes building long-term relationships that continue beyond the sale and working closely with the Service Department to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service.

Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but motivated professionals from luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
• Professional appearance and customer-first approach.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with professionalism and a VIP mindset.
• Guide customers through the Audi lineup and ownership experience.
• Build long-term relationships that continue beyond the sale.
• Work closely with our Service Department to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service.
• Follow up with customers to deliver outstanding ownership experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
