Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but motivated professionals from luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
- Professional appearance and customer-first approach.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with professionalism and a VIP mindset.
- Guide customers through the Audi lineup and ownership experience.
- Build long-term relationships that continue beyond the sale.
- Work closely with our Service Department to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service.
- Follow up with customers to deliver outstanding ownership experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
