We're looking for a Sales Technology Business Analyst to join our expanding IT team. As a key player, you'll be instrumental in elevating our CRM Dynamics 365 application to new heights, working alongside our Business Solution Architect. This role will be based in Fairfield, NJ. Requirements

  • Candidate must be based in New Jersey.
  • Must have experience with cross functionally with a Sales team.
  • 5+ years of experience with CRM products with the majority of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and Power Apps technical solutions
  • Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
  • Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform
  • Experience with the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions
  • Experience working with a team to deliver large, complex technology projects
  • Experience with multiple full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience Interviewing users and business owners to gather requirements and write Functional Specifications
  • Ability to change directions quickly and nimbly
