About The Position

As Sales Tech Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue performance through smart enablement, seamless technology adoption, and effective change management. Partnering closely with Sales Leadership and Enablement teams, this role ensures our revenue teams have the right tools, access, and training at the right time. You will own tech enablement and license governance while shaping how sales processes and systems are embedded into everyday workflows. This is a high‑impact role where strategy meets execution across the full customer journey.

Requirements

  • Experience in Enablement, Sales Operations, or Learning & Development
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM, and revenue technologies
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption, onboarding, and change management initiatives
  • Experience partnering cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Hands‑on experience enabling enterprise sales or revenue technology platforms
  • Ability to use data and adoption metrics to inform enablement strategy and continuous improvement
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity required to support core job responsibilities, including but not limited to video conferencing, access to company systems, and secure handling of company data

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Leadership and the National Sales Trainer to reinforce sales processes, methodologies, and workflow adoption
  • Own technology enablement for revenue‑impacting tools across Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, Operations, and Marketing
  • Lead license provisioning, access changes, and deactivation aligned to onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
  • Drive role‑based tech stack onboarding to ensure timely access, training, and readiness for new hires
  • Define and execute enablement initiatives that improve productivity, efficiency, and revenue outcomes
  • Develop, maintain, and govern enablement content, LMS/CMS assets, Highspot libraries, and internal knowledge bases
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Systems teams to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Support CRM standards, data integrity, and “One Best Way” programs
  • Monitor adoption, usage, and feedback to identify gaps and recommend improvements to leadership
