About The Position

Corporate Traveler USA is seeking a Product & Solutions Enablement Manager to own and elevate how our products and solutions are enabled across the business. This role plays a critical part in equipping customer-facing teams with the clarity, confidence, and tools they need to sell, implement, and support our solutions effectively. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success and Onboarding, translating strategy into action. Your work will directly impact product adoption, customer value, and revenue growth across the US business.

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Enablement, Solutions Enablement, or a similar role
  • Experience working within cross-functional, matrixed organizations
  • Proven partnership with Product and Product Marketing teams
  • Experience supporting process change, training, or new product adoption initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Understanding of SaaS or technology-enabled products (preferred)
  • Experience with Gong, Highspot, or similar enablement tools (preferred)
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity required to support core job responsibilities, including but not limited to video conferencing, access to company systems, and secure handling of company data.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a scalable product and solutions enablement strategy aligned to business priorities
  • Own the creation, maintenance, and evolution of a centralized product and solutions enablement library
  • Develop structured learning pathways for onboarding new hires and upskilling existing employees
  • Translate product roadmaps, releases, and enhancements into clear enablement content and training
  • Deliver timely enablement for product launches, updates, and changes
  • Develop solution-based messaging, value narratives, and customer use cases
  • Ensure consistent product and solution positioning across Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, Operations, and Marketing
  • Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Supply, Sales Enablement, CS Enablement, Onboarding, and RevOps
  • Deliver engaging product and solutions training sessions and ongoing coaching
  • Capture field feedback and enablement insights to inform product prioritization and improvements
  • Manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery
  • Stay current on product enablement best practices and recommend continuous improvements
