Requirements

  • Experience in team supervision or leadership in a retail or service environment
  • Positive and motivating leadership style
  • Schedule flexibility (weekends and evenings may be required)
  • Strong communication skills and professional presentation
  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Multilingual (2–3 languages spoken) is a strong asset
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Adobe knowledge is a plus)
  • Interest in art, photography, or customer experience-focused environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and motivate a small team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals
  • Welcome and advise customers, ensuring a memorable experience in line with Iris Galerie’s values
  • Oversee the gallery’s daily operations and ensure procedures are followed
  • Drive sales performance through proactive leadership and on-the-floor coaching
  • Ensure visual presentation and cleanliness of the gallery meet brand standards
  • Participate in training new team members and supporting onboarding when needed
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage based on gallery needs
  • Report key feedback and performance metrics to the Store/Assistant Manager
