About The Position

The Sales Support role at Rhinegeist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our beer products in the market. The primary focus of this position is to maintain the freshness of our beer by monitoring and rotating inventory, while also creating eye-catching displays to enhance brand visibility. Sales Support actively contributes to daily operations that drive sales growth, with a predominant presence in off-premise retail locations.

Requirements

Located in Cincinnati, OH
Experience and competence with technology such as Asana, windows, google suites, etc.
Excellent communication and time management skills
Occasional heavy lifting required. Up to 50 lbs.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

Maintain the integrity of the brand by keeping dates in rotation, following shelf brand standards and building quality displays
Execute key sales initiatives such as building displays, setting up point of sale and delivering trade solutions
Flexible and able to conduct route coverage as needed
Positively represent Rhinegeist at offsite events
Coordinate, manage and work our resets when identified
Work as part of a high performing team
Manage Point of Sale (POS) & execute marketing strategy throughout the territory
