  • Recruit and nurture a high-energy and competitive team.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and skill development to the team.
  • Develop and execute Roof It Forward's sales strategy.
  • Identify areas and coordinate effective daily plans for targeted canvassing.
  • Analyze and optimize team performance using Salesforce.com data.
  • Engage in regular meetings with leadership and cross-departmental teams.
