About The Position

This entry-level, part-time Sales Support position provides assistance to customers at Fastenal’s branch at 912 S Church Ave, Louisville, MS 39339. The role is suited to someone interested in sales who enjoys a fast-paced, challenging environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for up to 28 hours per week. A flexible schedule may be available after onboarding and training and after performance goals are met. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Possess or be working toward a degree in Business or Marketing, or have related industry experience and knowledge of the local market.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Have proficient computer skills.
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
Show a strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell.
Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
Demonstrate the company’s core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
Be able to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and sometimes up to 75 pounds.
Pass the required drug screen, applicable in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam only.

Nice To Haves

Have a current, full, valid driver’s license issued in the country where the job is located, have completed any applicable graduated licensing program, and meet the company’s driving-record requirements for use of a company vehicle as needed.
