About The Position

Fastenal is hiring a part-time, entry-level Sales Support employee to assist customers at its branch at 1004 Corporate Ln, Export, PA 15632. The position involves sales and customer service, inventory management, order processing, shipping and receiving, and deliveries using a company vehicle. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for up to 28 hours per week. A flexible schedule may be available after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a current, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, have completed any applicable graduated licensing program, and meet driving-record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.
Possess or be working toward a degree in Business or Marketing, or have related industry experience and knowledge of the local market.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Have proficient computer skills.
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
Show a strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell.
Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
Demonstrate ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
Be able to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and sometimes up to 75 pounds.
Pass the required drug screen where applicable in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
