About The Position

Prinsco is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team in the Phoenix area. In this role, you will provide critical support to our sales team by preparing quotes, assisting with project management activities, maintaining pricing information, and helping deliver exceptional service to customers. This position plays an important role in helping drive profitable growth while ensuring a positive customer experience. Requirements

  • Associate degree in business, sales, marketing, construction management, or a related field preferred
  • Sales support, customer service, inside sales, estimating, quoting, or project coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make sound business recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong problem solving and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the district sales team with project management, quoting, and customer service activities
  • Prepare customer quotations and cost estimates
  • Assist with pricing analysis and margin reviews
  • Track and maintain sales opportunities and quotation pipelines
  • Update project win and loss information and other sales performance metrics
  • Prepare bid documents and submittals for city, county, and commercial projects
  • Maintain pricing sheets and sales support documentation
  • Provide forecasting information and reporting to management
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and prospects as needed
  • Support customer service and sales operations during periods of high demand
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers, engineers, operations teams, and customer service representatives
  • Participate in cross training and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Complete other duties as assigned
