The Sales Support Specialist is a detail-oriented and process driven role supporting the Centurion sales organization through CRM optimization, sales operations, reporting, contract administration, and process improvement. This role will work closely with Sales Leadership, Account Managers, Marketing, and Legal to improve the efficiency, visibility, and performance of the sales process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, and able to turn data, processes, and reporting into actionable insights. This position is critical in helping the sales team reduce manual tasks, maintain clean data, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify opportunities for growth within current client accounts.
