About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience is desired
  • Working knowledge of principles and practices of Customer Service
  • Desired 1-3 years of Data Entry experience
  • Demonstrated computer literacy; proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) is needed
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors or Associates degree desired

Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders and sales credits
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Assist with daily filing
  • Communicating with sales representatives and customers on a daily basis
  • Support Key Accounts and Managers in different channels of the business
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer and sales representative inquiries
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution
