About The Position

The Sales Support Specialist delivers and supports sales training across ABA Centers of America and affiliated brands, ramping to become the team’s primary training facilitator for new hire onboarding and ongoing development programs. This role facilitates virtual training cohorts, supports instructional design and certification, and provides sales enablement support across Salesforce data management, events, and field logistics, ensuring Business Development and Executive Director teams are equipped to execute referral development, community outreach, and admissions growth. Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School diploma, Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Experience as a trainer or facilitator, confident leading virtual classrooms using interactive tools such as breakout sessions, polls, and roleplay
  • Sales or sales enablement background with the ability to credibly teach a full sales cycle, from prospecting through close and retention
  • Instructional design fundamentals, including writing learning objectives and building assessments
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills supporting field teams, events, and training logistics
  • Proficiency with sales systems and CRM data management; Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Healthcare or multi-site services experience preferred
  • Travel as needed to support field teams, events, and market-level initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Business Development and Membership Consultant new hire onboarding cohorts in a virtual environment, ramping from co-facilitation to primary facilitator
  • Facilitate Admissions onboarding programs
  • Support instructional design, including learning objectives, assessments, and facilitation enhancements to the onboarding curriculum
  • Support certification and competency assessment of new hires through the training program
  • Support the reinforcement and field coaching framework alongside Regional Sales Managers
  • Lead microlearning and video content creation
  • Contribute to content governance, sales collateral, and training measurement (Kirkpatrick model)
  • Assist with onboarding and training of Business Development representatives, Membership Consultants and Executive Directors on Salesforce usage and expectations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data across referral accounts, outreach activities, and events, ensuring strong CRM hygiene and reporting visibility
  • Assist with onboarding coordination by facilitating system access, distributing materials, and providing guidance on tools and processes
  • Support tracking and reporting of outreach metrics, event performance, and CRM activity audits.
