Assists and supports the Account Executives (AE) by acting as an internal liaison facilitating sales requests, providing internal support to the sales team and supporting resolution of client issues. The individual is responsible for administering New Client Start-up processes and supporting the maintenance of client database information in ANSR and CRM. Requirements

  • Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist.
  • Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
  • Mobility: Occasionally move between work sites and inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Communicate: Frequently communicate with others.
  • ARUP Policies and Procedures: Conduct self in compliance with all ARUP Policies and Procedures.
  • Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
  • Fine Motor Control: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand as in handling.

Responsibilities

  • Main internal contact for Account Executives (AE).
  • Coordinate resolution process for client/sales issues reported by the AEs.
  • Administer the New Client Start-up Process, including following checklists, initiating processes, ensuring departmental task completion, gathering necessary information (client info, test mix, supply orders), updating CRM and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy in CRM and other programs (ANSR, CRM, MS Excel, MS Word), coordinating client training, and ordering/shipping supplies to new clients.
  • Serve as a focal point for internal/external issue resolution for AEs and clients.
  • Submit and approve Internal AAR’s, AAR’s from various departments and AEs, and approve change requests in CRM.
  • Research and review QA indexes, forward them to appropriate AEs, and enter AE responses.
  • Enter changes into databases for annual client audits, follow up on those not returned, and maintain client audit spreadsheets and returned mail.
  • Manage paperwork for processes such as no charge testing, database reimbursements, and IF packets.
  • Pull utilization reports for AEs and clients.
  • Send marketing materials and supplies to AEs as needed.
  • Follow up with requests sent to [email protected] and other email requests.
  • Ensure excellent attention to detail in preparing and proofing all documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Process Weber State distance learning application waivers.
  • Provide administrative support for policies and programs, potentially making decisions within the scope of the policy being administered.
  • Cover open Sales territories and for other Sales Support Specialists as needed.
  • Provide ongoing training for AEs on department-related processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
