Within OOCL's organization, the Sales Support team assists outside sales representatives located throughout the United States. Responsibilities include managing contracts, quoting rates, and reserving allocation on vessels. The team serves as a point of contact for customers with questions or issues related to their contracts and collaborates with other departments internally to ensure customers are supported and have a quality experience doing business with OOCL.
