About The Position

Aston Carter is partnering with a valued client in Lenexa to hire a fully remote Sales Support Representative. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 3+ years of experience supporting a sales team in an administrative capacity. This role provides sales administrative support to assist the sales team with overflow work resulting from a carveout transaction. This includes routine administrative tasks, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing sales inquiries.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative support.
  • Experience working on a sales team in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Med Tech bio-sciences industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine administrative tasks to support the sales team.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails promptly.
  • Manage and address sales inquiries efficiently.
