In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for sales representatives, account managers, and customers while supporting order processing, communication, and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements

  • Knowledge of customer service processes including estimating, order processing, and vendor coordination
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create correspondence and documentation
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • 4 years of customer service or customer support experience
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Experience in commercial printing or finishing

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for designated accounts, sales representatives, or account managers
  • Anticipate customer needs and respond quickly and accurately
  • Support sales teams with product details, pricing, and processes
  • Translate customer project requirements and communicate with production facilities
  • Track project status across multiple locations
  • Maintain and document SOPs for customer accounts
  • Receive and document customer complaints and issues
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Monitor inventory levels and issue purchase orders as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Provide backup coverage for sales territories as needed
  • Calculate pricing and shipping charges
