About The Position

Taylor DM Brands, previously known as Amsterdam Printing, is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join the team in Amsterdam, NY! In this role you will be responsible for working directly with vendors to ensure orders ship on time. Answering vendor emails as well answering incoming phone calls from vendors. You will also be handling various Customer Service duties throughout the day. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Requirements

Strong attention to details, demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, independent judgement and problem-solving skills.
2 years of related/relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of promotional products
Knowledge of shipping methods.

Responsibilities

Responding to vendor emails in a timely manner.
Working on a wide variety of vendor forms.
Process call tags.
Customer contact via phone/email to provide status updates and/or resolve concerns on orders.
Assist with order management ensuring timely delivery, tracking information and obtaining invoices for reconciliation.
Other tasks as required to meet team goals.
