About The Position

As the Onboarding Specialist, you schedule and meet with new clients via MS Teams. You serve as a trusted advisor to new clients and collaborate with dealerships and internal partners to enable program adoption and growth. You leverage your expertise to offer support to customers and dealers through our PSF support phone line and support email box, when they reach out for assistance.

Requirements

• PSF customer and dealer web portal, MS Great Plains
• Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and workload prioritization
• Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Salesforce, MAPP (Market Area Parts Potential)

Responsibilities

• Support sales teams through reporting, data analysis, and identification of growth opportunities
• Assist in onboarding new clients and expanding existing accounts, including training on program processes and tools
• Monitor account activity and analyze data trends to identify improvement opportunities
• Review accounts identified by Credit as no activity for 12 mos. +, to see if there is an opportunity to get more volume through the program instead of occasional or should be kept open for occasional. Flag account if needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for new fleets/clients as they are approved and begin to utilize our program for their purchases.
• Alert Volo Group partners (OEM / DFM/ DPM / Mgmt./ Dealers) of New Account Enrollments
• Maintain full ownership of account health, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of all issues
• Develop an understanding of client business models and procurement and accounts payables processes to anticipate needs and recommend solutions
• Prioritize workload effectively for client impact and sales growth
• Execute on plans, delivering results despite obstacles
• Partner with dealerships, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve onboarding issues
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority to support change management at local sites and dealer rooftops
