About The Position

The Sales Support Representative will provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals. This role involves engaging, interacting, and responding in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships. The representative will follow the order entry process and provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process. They will also process all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures, and provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodology. A positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude is essential. Support may be required beyond standard hours if call volume and/or workload demand it. The role also involves supporting the Sales Department by answering questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax, preparing product or service reports, implementing and supporting Quality initiatives, and implementing procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system through proper billing and replenishment processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three (2) years relevant work experience
  • One (1)+ year ERP experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime, as business needs
