About The Position

The Sales Support Representative will provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, engage and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships, and process all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures. This role will also provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodology, and consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment. Additionally, the representative will support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax, prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information, implement and support Quality initiatives throughout the branch, and implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system through proper billing and replenishment processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three (2) years relevant work experience
  • One (1)+ year ERP experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime, as business needs

  • Follow order entry process and provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process
  • Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
  • Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships
  • Process all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodology

  • Provide support beyond standard hours as needed if call volume and/or workload require additional time
  • Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout branch
  • Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system through proper billing and replenishment processes.
