Sales Support Representative
About The Position
Clifford Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Representative to help drive the success of our Power Generation Equipment Sales team. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping projects moving smoothly from sale to completion. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and enjoy managing multiple priorities, we want to hear from you. As part of our Sales Support team, you’ll oversee projects from order entry through delivery, installation, and commissioning—working closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every project stays on track and that clients receive the high-quality service Clifford Power is known for.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales support, project management, or customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with generators, electrical systems, or mechanical equipment is a plus
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Support customers and sales representatives with timely, accurate communication
- Manage project timelines, track orders, and monitor costs
- Oversee all project documentation and order details
- Coordinate installation start-ups with Service Departments
- Assist with estimating, quoting, and billing as needed
- Place and track equipment orders with the Generac factory
- Schedule and coordinate freight and delivery logistics
