About The Position

Capital Electric is seeking a Sales Support Representative I. Responsibilities

• Assign jobs in Eclipse to estimators and maintain a calendar showing how many jobs each estimator has for each day.
• Close out all jobs in Eclipse.
• Collaborate with other Bid Coordinators on out-of-territory quotes.
• Communicate with the project team about upcoming bids.
• Field phone calls from general contractors, customers, and outside sales representatives.
• Maintain open and closed project-file filing.
• Manage the Commercial Projects email inbox.
• Print and help assemble submittals and operation and maintenance manuals.
• Print copies of already-assigned jobs, add customers to the bid list in Eclipse, and give copies to estimators so they have contact information for quoting.
• Assist estimators with various duties.
• Distribute and maintain bid sheets.
• Enter jobs into the appropriate tracking system.
